Tula Sarsons, Singer, Dancer, and Storyteller

Tula is a Cuban-Canadian artist with a passion for music, dance, and storytelling. She has over a decade of experience in Calgary's musical theatre scene, works professionally as a singer across Alberta, and is currently in her second year of Decidedly Jazz Danceworks' Professional Training Program. Deeply fascinated by Latin American culture, Tula explores her cultural identity through art and is interested in how history shapes the art we create and consume today. She dreams of creating multidisciplinary productions that tell meaningful stories and showcase the incredible artistic talent Calgary has to offer.
